  9.          This file provides information for Shareware Distributors
  10.          such as Disk Vendors and Computer Clubs who wish to
  11.          distribute the MoonLite 2.2 package.
  12.  
  13.          You may compress and distribute MoonLite as long as:
  14.  
  15.          - you explain the Shareware concept (copyrighted, try-before-
  16.            you-buy; continued use requires registration and payment of
  17.            a fee to the author) to your customers or members
  18.  
  19.          - you designate MoonLite as Shareware and NOT as Free, Free-
  20.            ware or Public Domain
  21.  
  22.          - you do not "rent" or "lease" MoonLite to others
  23.  
  24.          - you do not sell MoonLite as part of some other inclusive
  25.            package, nor are you permitted to include MoonLite in any
  26.            commercial software packaging offer without written consent
  27.            from CCI Ltd.
  28.  
  29.          - you make it clear to your customers or members that any
  30.            charges involved ONLY cover your service of copying/making
  31.            available of MoonLite, which does NOT convey any rights
  32.            other than trial use of MoonLite
  33.  
  34.          - ALL of the files as listed in the MOONLITE.LST file are
  35.            both included and unmodified
  36.  
  37.          The right to withhold or withdraw permission to distribute
  38.          MoonLite from anyone at any time for any reason is explicitly
  39.          reserved.
  40.  
  41.          For consistency please name the archived MoonLite files
  42.          MOONLTE2.*, such as MOONLTE2.ZIP, MOONLTE2.LZH, MOONLTE2.ARJ
  43.          or, in the case of a self-extracting file, MOONLTE2.EXE.

  45.          Many Disk Vendors customarily add a small text file
  46.          (promotional message) to an archived- or DOC file. This
  47.          method is acceptable and may be used, provided ALL MoonLite
  48.          files are otherwise unmodified and complete.
  49.  
  50.          MoonLite can be described as follows:
  51.  
  52.          "Brainstorming Program to get creative moonlighting ideas"
  53.          or:
  54.          "Brainstorming Program for generating creative moonlighting
  55.          ideas that will bring in additional income without your
  56.          having to make heavy monetary investments"
  57.  
  58.          MoonLite can contain a maximum of 200 personal assets and 200
  59.          moonlighting ideas.
  60.  
  61.          Context-sensitive help is available throughout the program.
  62.  
  63.          Because of the very thorough idea evaluation procedure
  64.          contained in the program, MoonLite can also be used as a
  65.          standalone Personal Decision Support System.
  66.  
  67.          Registration costs only US $24.95 plus US $5.05 for S&H of a
  68.          FREE MoonLite Update. The benefits of registration include:
  69.  
  70.          - receipt of a Personal Code, with which the user can regis-
  71.            ter MoonLite to his or her name, thus enabling him or her
  72.            to bypass the Registration Screen and Registration
  73.            reminders in the program
  74.          - free support by First Class Air- or Electronic Mail for the
  75.            first 90 days after payment, consisting of answering
  76.            questions and fixing any reproducible program errors that
  77.            interfere with the intended use of the program
  78.          - a FREE MoonLite Update, to be sent at the earliest
  79.            convenience by First Class Air Mail as a LETTER
  80.  
  81.          MoonLite is also ideal as teaching material for schools,
  82.          universities and other educational institutions where
  83.          Creative Thinking and Problem Solving is taught. Site
  84.          licenses offering discounts of up to 80% are available (see
  85.          the MLSITLIC.REG file or type MLSITLIC for further
  86.          information).

  88.          MoonLite runs on any IBM-compatible PC (XT, AT, 386 or 486
  89.          machine) with or without color and with or without printer.
  90.          DOS 3.2 or higher required.
